摘要 "多元联动、合作开放"的教师专业发展培训机制具有开放性、多样性、互动性和自主性等特征;可以采取依托高校、委托培训,引进资源、移植培训,整合资源、合作培训,开设讲坛、公益培训,以及根据需求、服务培训等多种方式进行实践操作。 Teachers' professional development training mechanism based on muhi-participation and open collabration has the features of openess, variety, interaction,, autonomy. The mechanism can be operated by varied ways such as relying on colleges and universities, entrusting training organizations, introducing resources, transplanting training, integrating resources, training cooperatively, opening lectures.It can also be implemented for the needs of training objectives.
