农村成人学校开展农村残疾人设施农业教育的现状与对策——基于慈溪市桥头镇成校的培训案例分析

摘要 目前,农村残疾人教育普遍存在法律制度缺短、培训经费缺乏、人文关怀缺失、教育内容缺少、专业教师缺额等现状。而桥头镇成校开展残疾人涉农培训的实践表明,成校针对农村残疾人开展设施农业教育培训具有可行性。同时,该校的经验告诉我们,要保障农村成校顺利开展农村残疾人设施农业教育,需要在"补缺"时必须做到"五个到位",即政策、经费、培训服务、技术硬件、典型示范到位。 Recently, the disabled adult education in rural area faces the prevailing lack of legal sys- tem, training funds, humanistic care, educational content, professional teachers. Qiaotou Rural Adult School's practice on agricultural training for the disabled has showed that the rural adult schools' training for the rural disabled in facility agriculture education can be carried out. Meanwhile, the school's experi- ence tells us that in order to guarantee rural adult schools' smooth development of facility agriculture edu- cation for the disabled, there are six aspects that need to be fill the preceding "lacks", that is, the policy, funds, training service, technique with hardware-support and typical model in place.
