集成管理的运作机制是形成一个图书馆先进的自我组织机制 ,它在系统的基本结构和功能上支持了图书馆动态的科学管理。文章论述了图书馆集成管理的运作机制 ,即整体优化、多维旋进、模糊控制和虚拟联盟。
