尤昭玲教授潜心临证数十载,笔者有幸随师学习,并将其诊疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)性不孕卵泡发育异常的经验进行总结:尤教授认为女性生殖以"卵巢"为本,提出"助卵养泡"的学术思想;PCOS性不孕卵泡发育异常病因复杂多样,尤教授首创"尤氏八法",独创"尤氏调泡六法",提出分段施治、型症互参、择期调孕、适时促孕的基本治疗框架,注重综合调治,并最终形成病、症、期、时相结合的整体诊治新思路。
