一次性水封瓶在肛管引流中的应用观察

Observation on application of disposable water seal bottle in anal canal drainage

[目的]探讨一次性水封瓶替代一次性引流袋和一次性负压引流袋在ICU病人肛管引流中的应用效果。[方法]将67例病人随机分为试验组22例、对照1组22例、对照2组23例,试验组采用肛管引流管连接一次性水封瓶,对照1组采用肛管引流管连接一次性引流袋,对照2组采用肛管引流管连接一次性负压引流袋,观察引流效果。[结果]试验组和对照1组、对照2组引流效果比较,在准确计量、医院感染控制、引流通畅程度、减轻护理工作量等方面,试验组均优于对照组。[结论]在肛管引流中一次性水封瓶替代一次性引流袋和一次性负压引流袋能更准确地计量,减少污染机会,更好地保持引流通畅和减少护理工作量。

Obj ective：To probe into the application effect of disposable wa-ter seal bottle instead of disposable drainage bag and the disposable nega-tive drainage bag in ICU patients with anal drainage.Methods：A total of 67 patients were randomly divided into three groups,22 cases in test group,22 cases in control group 1,and 23 cases in control group 2.Patients in test group used anal seal drainage tube to connect with the disposable water seal bottles.Patients in control group 1 used the anal canal drainage tube to connect with the disposable drainage bag.Patients in control group 2 used the anal canal drainage tube to connect with the disposable negative drainage bag.Then the efficiency of drainage of all cases were observed. Results：The drainage effect in test group is superior to those in the other two groups in aspects of the accurate measurement,hospital infection con-trol,drainage patency and reducing nursing workload.Conclusion：The dis-posable water seal bottle instead of disposable drainage bag and the dispos-able negative drainage bag in anal canal drainage can measure more accu-rately,reduce the chance of contamination and nursing workload and keep drainage unobstructed.
