双微流体通道光子晶体光纤传感器分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用有限元法对基于双微流体通道光子晶体光纤传感器进行分析.数值模拟了当微流体通道的直径、待测液体折射率、金属纳米薄膜厚度不同时传感器的参数变化特性.结果表明,不同参数的传感器所表现出来的吸收特性各不相同,且表面等离子体共振的激发对待测液体折射率非常敏感.用两种方法分别得出该传感器的灵敏度及分辨率,研究结果为光子晶体光纤传感器的设计和实际操作提供了理论依据.
