3D打印技术在医学教育的应用 被引量:35

摘要 3 D ( three dimensions )打印技术是一种近年来新兴的制造技术,它可以通过计算机辅助设计( computer-aided design, CAD)读取数据,经过数据转换一层一层地自动建造三维物体[1]。3D打印技术肇始于20世纪80年代,但同许多开创性技术一样,当时因工艺复杂、效率低下、设备昂贵,未能大量推广使用。近2年来,因计算机技术的发展、生产工艺的进步和材料普及,3D打印技术的虚拟设计、节约成本,精密复制、节省人工,一体成形、无须组装,不占空间、便携制造等诸多优点越发显现。目前,3D打印技术已经涉足各行各业。3D打印服装和鞋已多次出现在全球各大时装展览;3D打印玩具和家庭用品也颇受青年人喜爱;3D打印艺术品更使雕塑成为实验室就能完成的艺术;更令人关注的是,3D打印可以生产相关模具和机械,提高生产效率,引领第五次工业革命。毋庸置疑,3 D打印是21世纪一大创新增长点。
