地方性高职院校作为开放系统,其自身的生存与发展离不开外在环境的资源供给,从而形成了与外在环境间的依赖关系。这种依赖关系是相互的,地方性高职院校可以通过在办学定位上体现服务性,构建以他方为中心的相互作用大学;在办学理念上体现特色性,打造高职教育品牌;在人才培养上体现适应性,培养适应未来经济发展需要的人才;从而寻求依赖与自治的平衡,从自恋、自怜走向自强,与外部环境建立一种和谐、共赢的关系。

As an open system, the existence and development of local higher vocational colleges cannot leave the environment of resources supply, which has formed the dependency relationship with the environment. This dependence is mutual. Local higher vocational colleges can represent its service in the orientation of running a school and construct the interactive university centering on others; embody the characteristics in educational philosophy and build the brand of higher vocational education; reflect the adaptability in personnel training and train the students adapting to the future; seek the dependence and autonomous balance, move towards self-improvement from the narcissistic and self-pity, and establish a harmonious, win-win relationship with the external environment.
