职业教育就是就业教育,就业教育的核心是产教融合。现代职教体系下的产教深度融合,是培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才的根本途径。职业教育实践维度操作层面的产教深度融合,尚需创建和完善相关的统筹督导机制、法规保障机制、激励补偿机制、多元配置机制、协调联动机制和质量评价机制等。

Vocational education is the employment-oriented education, and the integration of industry and education is the core of employment-oriented education. The deep integration of education and industry under the construction of modem vocational education system is the fundamental way for cultivating high-quality labors and skilled talents. To realize integration of education and industry in practice, it should try to create and optimize relative planning supervision mechanism, legal monitoring mechanism, encouraging compensation mechanism; pluralistic matching mechanism, harmonious and mutual action mechanism and quality evaluation mechanism, etc.
