摘要 教师全面评价系统具备评价内容全面、评价信息采集方法全面,评价程序全面和评价主体全面等特征。该系统被广泛应用于美国大学的获终身教师资格前评估、获终身教师资格后评估和晋升评估,对培育教师核心竞争力、帮助教师养成终身学习习惯、鼓励教师争创一流业绩、帮助美国大学打造高水平教师队伍发挥了不可替代的作用,值得我国高职院校借鉴和学习。 The comprehensive facuhy evaluation system in the USA has the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation contents, comprehensive information-collection approaches, comprehensive evaluation process and comprehensive evaluation objects, etc. This system is widely used for the evaluation of pre-tenure, post-tenure and promotion of teachers, which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating faculty's core competitiveness, helping faculty get into the habit of lifelong learning, encouraging faculty to achieve excellent performances and building a high-quality faculty team for universities in the USA. It is worthy for higher vocational schools in China to learn its developed experiences.
