老年病房住院患者处方点评及不合理用药分析

Prescription review and analysis of irrational drug use in geriatric ward

目的:了解我院老年病房用药合理性,以期为临床用药提供参考。方法:对我院老年病房2011年1月1日–2012年12月31日全部住院患者的处方点评结果进行分类、汇总和分析。结果:在914例患者中,存在不合理用药现象的共35例,约占3.83%,不合理用药现象主要包括药物之间存在相互作用(34.29%)、药品选择不适宜(17.14%)、用药指征不明确(14.29%)、给药剂量不适宜(8.57%)、禁忌证用药(8.57%)、重复用药(5.71%)等。结论:应加强对老年患者合理用药的监管,确保药物治疗的安全性及有效性。

Objective： To investigate the rationality of drug use in geriatric ward, in order to provide reference for clinicalpractice. Methods： The prescriptions collected from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012 in geriatric ward of our hospital wereevaluated and analyzed. Results： There were 35 （3.83%） cases with irrational drug use among 914 patients, the main problemsof irrational use of drugs were drug interactions （34.29%）, improper selection of drugs （17.14%）, use of medication without clearindication （14.29%）, improper dosage （8.57%）, contraindications to medication （8.57%） and repeated utilization of drugs （5.71%）,etc. Conclusion： More attention should be paid to monitoring and management of rational drug use, so as to ensure the safety andefficacy of drug treatment.
