摘要
药厂中常常有易燃物质、可燃物质,需要跟据实际情况依据规范进行防爆设计来保护人们生命和财产安全,而爆炸危险区域的划分是防爆设计的基础。说明电气专业在划分爆炸性气体环境危险区域时的责任,介绍药厂项目实际设计时划分爆炸性气体环境危险区域的一般步骤,各阶段需要注意的要素,与其他专业间的协调联系,并提出对规范和实际工作的一些想法。
There are often flammable and explosive materials in pharmaceutical plant, thus it is necessary to carry out explosion- proof design in accordance codes and practical situations so as to ensure the safety of people lives and possessions. The fundamental of explosion-proof design is hazardous area classification. In this article, the responsibility of electrical specialty in classification of hazardous area in explosive gas environment was explained, and the procedures in classification of explosion hazardous area when carrying out practical design, the factors needed to note in each design stage and the coordination with other specialties were introduced. Finally, some ideas about codes and practical design work were presented.
