Expression of COX-2 in parotid pleomorphic adenoma and adjacent tissues

摘要 目的探讨环氧合酶2(COX-2)在腮腺多形性腺瘤中的表达。方法应用荧光实时定量PCR和Western blot方法检测27例腮腺多形性腺瘤及瘤旁1.0cm腮腺组织和5例恶性多形性腺瘤中COX-2mRNA及蛋白的含量。结果腮腺多形性腺瘤COX-2mRNA和蛋白表达均高于瘤旁腮腺组织(P<0.05);恶性多形性腺瘤组织中COX-2mRNA和蛋白表达量高于良性多形性腺瘤(P<0.05)。结论腮腺多形性腺瘤外1.0cm为该肿瘤的安全切除边界。COX-2在多形性腺瘤恶变中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in parotid pleomorphic adenoma and tumor-adjacent tissues 1.0 cm away from the tumor. Methods RQ-PCR and Western hlot were used to detect the expressions of COX-2 mRNA and protein in 27 fresh samples of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and tumor-adjacent tissues and 5 fresh samples Of malignant parotid pleomorphic adenoma tissues. Results The expressions of COX-2 mRNA and protein in parotid pleomorphic adenoma were higher than those in tumor-adjacent tissues 1.0 cm away from the tumor (P〈0. 05). The expressions of COX-2 mRNA and protein were significantly higher in malignant parotid pleomorphic adenoma than those in parotid pleomorphic adenoma (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Taking 1.0 cm away from the parotid pleomorphic adenoma as a boundary is safe for the excision of parotid pleomorphic adenoma. COX-2 plays an important role in the malignant transformation of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.
