阿尔茨海默病患者尿中AD7c-NTP含量测定的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨尿中阿尔茨海默病(AD)相关神经丝蛋白(AD7c-NTP)含量在AD诊断中的临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测AD患者(AD组,58例)、轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者(MCI组,44例)和智能正常中老年人(C组,104例)尿液中AD7c-NTP含量。结果 AD组和MCI组尿液AD7c-NTP含量分别为(4.79±2.34)ng/ml和(4.28±2.17)ng/ml,均高于C组的(1.54±0.48)ng/ml(P<0.05)。当尿AD7c-NTP含量以2.5ng/ml作为诊断界值时,其诊断AD和MCI的敏感性为91.7%,特异性为90.4%。结论检测尿液AD7c-NTP含量对AD诊断和病情评估有重要的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the significance of detecting Alzheimer's disease (AD)- related neural thread protein(AD7c-NTP) level in urine of patients with AD. Methods The urine level of ADTc-NTP was determined using ELISA in 206 elderly people, of whom 58 cases were with AD(group AD),44 cases were with mild cognitive impairment(group MCI) and 104 elderly people were with normal mental state(group C). Results The urine AD7c-NTP content of groups of AD and MCI were (4. 79±2. 34) ng/ml and (4. 28±2. 17) ng/ml,which was higher than (1.54±0. 48) ng/ml of group C (P〈0. 05). Taking urine ADTc-NTP 2. 5 ng/ml as a cut-off value, the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing AD and MCI were 91.7% and 90. 4 %, respectively. Conclusion Detecting urine AD7c-NTP has a reference value in the diagnosis of AD.
