联合胸腔镜下心外膜和导管介入下心内膜的房颤杂交消融研究进展
摘要
一期或分步序贯完成的,经胸腔镜下心外膜及导管介入下心内膜联合的心房纤颤(AF)杂交消融手术已成为单纯性AF治疗的一类新方法。杂交手术比之任一单纯AF治疗手段具有较高的无药物治疗成功率,特别是对长期持续性AF患者,杂交手术可取得长期可靠的临床效果。双侧胸腔镜下使用双极消融设备在不同AF类型中均获得较高的成功率,是杂交消融手术的最佳选择。
