经颈静脉肝内门体分流术对门静脉血流动力学变化的超声评价 被引量：2

摘要 经颈静脉肝内门体静脉分流术（TIPS）是治疗由门静脉高压引起的各种并发症的一种重要介入治疗手段，在肝内门静脉与下腔静脉之间建立人工分流通道，使部分门静脉血流直接进人下腔静脉，降低肝外门静脉系统压力，达到治疗胃食管静脉曲张破裂出血和腹腔积液等门静脉高压并发症的目的。我们采用彩色多普勒超声技术，总结分析了55例门静脉高压患者TIPS治疗前、后及随访的门静脉血流变化以评估临床疗效，现报道如下。
