摘要 首先对各种单热源焊接技术作了简单的叙述,介绍了单热源激光焊接的原理、特点及其优缺点。然后介绍了几种激光与其他能量形式复合的焊接方法,包括激光-TIG焊、激光-GMA焊、激光-等离子弧、激光双光束焊、激光与感应加热复合焊、激光与搅拌摩擦复合焊、激光-电、磁场复合焊等,阐述了这些复合焊接方法的原理、特点和研究现状,并指出了激光复合焊接技术的优势及其发展趋势。 All kinds of welding technologies of single heat sources were expounded briefly and the principle and characteristic of the single heat of laser welding as well as the advantages and disadvantages existing in it were indicated in detail. The attention was focused on several welding methods of laser in combination with a second energy source, including laser-TIG hybrid welding, laser-GMA hybrid welding, laser-plasma arc welding, dual-beam laser welding, induction-assisted laser welding, laser assisted friction stir welding, external electric or magnetic field supported laser welding and so on, followed by a summary of their principles, characteristics and previous work. A last, the comments on the development and superiority of the laser hybrid welding technology were recounted.
