摘要
针对三辊斜轧穿孔工艺的特点,利用有限元方法对其工艺进行了模拟,分析了管坯在三辊穿轧过程中等效应变、等效应力分布以及轧辊扭矩、顶头受力的变化情况。将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,可以作为新工艺开发和理论研究的参考。通过实验进一步分析了生产中存在的尾环、轴承失效等故障原因,可为设备的设计和工艺改进提供指导。
Aiming at the characteristics of three-roll rotary piercing process, the process was simulated by using the fmite element method. The equivalent strain and equivalent stress distribution as well as roll torque and top force of the tube blank were analyzed. Compared the simulation results with the measured data, the simulation results agree well with the test results, which can provide a reference for theoretical studies and the development of new processes. The reasons for tail ring and bearing failures were further analyzed through experiment, which can provide a guiding for equipment design and process improvement.
