摘要
针对连杆预锻成形过程中模具的磨损失效问题,基于修正的Achard磨损模型,采用Deform-3D有限元塑性成形软件,分析了不同成形速度和摩擦系数对预锻模具型腔磨损深度的影响。结果表明,模具内腔的最大磨损深度随着成形速度的增大而增大,同样模具的最大磨损深度随摩擦系数的增大而增大,并且上模比下模磨损更严重。结果能为实际生产提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of the die wear failure in connecting rod pre-forging process, based on the modified Achard wear model, the influences of different forming speeds and friction coefficients on the wear depth of the die cavity for pre-forging were analyzed by using Deform-3D finite element software. The results show that the maximum depth of the wear in the die cavity increases with the increment of forming speed. Similarly as the friction coefficient increasing, the maximum wear depth of the die increases. And the wear of the upper die is more serious compared with the lower die. The results can provide a reference for the actual production.
