摘要
在无凸缘盒形件拉深毛坯传统几何算法的基础上,分析了无凸缘盒形件拉深过程中的变形特点,对无凸缘盒形件的毛坯展开给出新的计算公式,其计算所得到的毛坯展开图形比传统几何算法所得到的毛坯展开图形更精确。通过模拟和实验得到的盒形件口部更加平整,不需要修边。该方法具有一定的应用价值。
On the basis of the traditiona! geometric arithmetic of blank spreading for a box part without flange, the deformation characteristic in drawing process of the box part without flange was analyzed. A new calculation formula of blank spreading for the box part without flange was given, and blank spreading shape counted by the new calculation formula is more precise than that of the traditional geometric method. The edge of the box parts without flange obtained by simulation and experiment is flatter, which is not trimmed. The method is of certain application value.
