摘要 根据冷镦钢ML40Cr的特点,在某公司进行了加热温度、加热时间、轧制过程温度和轧件冷却速度控制等试验研究。结果表明,在加热温度1040℃±25℃、开轧温度980℃±20℃、进精轧机温度1000℃+20℃、进减定径机温度950℃±20℃、吐丝温度850℃±20℃、斯太尔摩线辊道速度0.25m/s和风机全关,罩子3~15关,其余全开的生产条件下,φ14mmML40Cr盘条的金相组织为铁素体和珠光体,铁素体比例为33%,抗拉强度、伸长率和面缩率分别为740MPa、21%和51%。 According to the characteristics of cold upsetting steel ML40Cr, the heating temperature, heating time, rolling process temperature and rolling speed control and so on were studied in a company. The results show that under the production conditions of the heating temperature 1040 ℃ ±25 ℃, initial rolling temperature 980℃ ±20℃, the entering finishing mill temperature 1000℃ ±20℃, the entering the reducing and sizing mill temperature 950℃ ±20℃, the rolling mill outlet wire temperature 850℃±30℃, STELMOR conveyor speed 0.25 m/s, closed cooling fans, closed 3-15 covers and opened the other, the microstructure of φ14mm ML40Cr wire rod is pearlite and ferrite, the rate of ferrites is 33%, and its tensile strength, elongation and reduction of area is 740 MPa, 21% and 51% respectively.
