摘要
对PDC/45钢感应钎焊后自然冷却、砂保温和随炉冷却3种不同焊后保温方式进行了试验研究。通过焊缝剪切试验和焊缝组织分析得出,随炉冷却能进一步使钎焊缝内组织元素相互扩散和成分均匀化,焊料有效成分能较好地浸入到母材基体中,从而能有效地提高钎焊焊缝的连接强度。
The experiment research under three different post-weld heat treatments such as natural cooling, sand insulation and furnace cooling were carried out. By the experiment of weld shear and the analysis of weld structure, it can obtain that furnace cooling can improve the element diffusing and homogeneity in soldering seam. The brazing solder can dip into base metal and improve the strength of welded joint effectively.
