Welding Process Test of One Formation Welding Double-sided Molding on Ceramics Backing on Ultra-low Carbon Austenitic Stainless Steel

摘要 超低碳奥氏体不锈钢中厚板的全位置对接焊在工业上被广泛使用,采用适合平直与曲面焊缝的陶瓷衬垫,进行全位置单面焊双面成型半自动焊接,可大幅度提高不锈钢的焊接工效和质量。研究表明,采用该工艺后不锈钢焊接接头的各项力学性能、抗晶间腐蚀性能、宏观金相结果均符合CCS船级社规范检验要求。 All position butt welding of ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel was widely used in the industry. The work efficiency and quality of stainless steel welding can be greatly improved by using straight and curved weld ceramic liner and the liner for all-position single-sided welding and double formingsemi-automatic welding. The results show that the mechanical properties of stainless steel welded joints, resistance to intergranular corrosion and macro-metallographic results are in line with CCS in specification inspection requirements by using the technology.
