Study on Welding Surfacing Isolation Layer Process for 14Cr1MoR

针对某设备中14Cr1MoR焊接接头所需的特殊使用性能,选择镍基焊材对母材进行坡口堆焊隔离层并填充焊接,实现了该焊缝将来检修再次焊接后,无需进行消除应力热处理的目的。

Considering the special using properties for 14Cr1MoR welded joint in a certain device, the surfacing isolation layer process on the parent material and weld with nickelous welding material were investigated, which can accomplish the no need for stress relief heat treatment when the welding seam is overhauled.
