摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后放射治疗中应用调强技术的疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月~2012年12月收治的94例乳腺癌根治术患者做为研究对象。按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,对照组44例。对照组应用切线野三维适形技术治疗,治疗组应用三维适形调强放射技术治疗。观察对比两种放射疗法计划靶区与重要器官保护效果,计划执行效率。结果治疗组的靶区剂量分布更加合理,危及器官的高剂量受照体积更小,相比对照组差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用逆向调强技术对于靶区剂量分布与重要器官保护方面具有较好的临床效果,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the curative effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in the radiotherapy after radical mastectomy. Methods 94 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 and received radical mastectomy were selected as subjects.They were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group according to admission order,with 50 in treatment group and 44 in control group. The control group received the treatment of tangential field three-dimensional conformal technology,and the treatment group received the treatment of three-dimensional conformal IMRT. The protective effects of planning target volume and major organs,and planned efficiency between the two radiotherapies were observed and compared. Results The dose distribution of target in the treatment group was better,and the volume of high dose exposed to organs was smaller.Compared to those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of inverse IMRT has favorable clinical effects on the dose distribution of target and protection of major organs,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
