补阳还五汤合六味地黄汤对缺血性脑卒中患者恢复期临床证候的影响

An analysis on the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the clinical syndromes for patients with ischemic cerebral stroke during convalescence

目的对比观察缺血性脑卒中患者使用补阳还五汤合六味地黄汤治疗对其恢复期临床证候的影响。方法选取我院2011年4月～2013年4月收治入院的缺血性脑卒中患者178例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组使用补阳还五汤进行治疗，观察组在此基础上合用六味地黄汤实施补肾益气活血法治疗，对比观察两组患者恢复期临床证候情况。结果两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均明显降低，且观察组低于对照组；观察组患者疗效评估显效率与总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论缺血性脑卒中患者在临床治疗中配合以补肾益气活血法，使用补阳还五汤合六味地黄汤进行治疗，能够有效改善其恢复期临床证候情况，相比单用补阳还五汤治疗具有更为理想的临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe and compare the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction on the clinical syndromes for patients with ischemic cerebral stroke during convalescence. Methods 178 patients with ischemic cerebral stroke who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were randomly assigned to observation group and control group. The control group received Buyang Huanwu decoction,and the observation group,based on Buyang Huanwu decoction,received Liuwei Dihuang decoction for tonifying Qi and kidney,and activating blood circulation. Clinical syndromes during convalescence were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment both significantly lowered,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; according to the evaluation of curative effects,significantly effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were both significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 O.05）,and the differences were statistically significant. Conelusion Clinical treatment for patients with ischemic cerebral stroke,in the combination of tonifying Qi and kidney,and activating blood circulation via Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction,helps effectively alleviate clinical syndromes during convalescence,which has better clinical curative effects than the single treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction.
