老年非小细胞肺癌外科治疗80例临床效果分析

Analysis on clinical effects of surgical treatment for 80 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨老年非小细胞肺癌患者外科治疗临床效果。方法对我院接受治疗的80例老年非小细胞肺癌患者入院资料进行分析,医护人员根据患者治疗时间(单、双日)分为两组,每组40例患者。对照组采用西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上进行外科手术,比较两组患者临床治疗效果等指标。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为95%高于对照组患者(总有效率为85%);38例实验组患者对我院治疗效果比较满意,满意度达到95%高于对照组患者;实验组患者1年生存率为45%,15例患者远期生存优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论临床上,老年非小细胞肺癌患者外科治疗效果比较显著,治疗后并发症也较少,能够有效的减轻患者疼痛,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of surgical treatment for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital were selected and their admission data were analyzed. They were assigned to two groups based on patients＇ treatment dates（odd or even number of dates）,with 40 patients in each group. The control group received western medicine,while the experimental group received surgery based on western medicine. Clinical curative effects and other indices were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate in the experimental group was 95%,higher than that of 85% in the control group; 38 patients in the experimental group showed their satisfaction to the curative effects in our hospital,and the satisfaction rate of 95% was higher than that in the ＇control group,one-year survival rate in the experimental group was 45%,and long-term survival rate for 15 patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinically,the curative effects of surgery on elderly patients with non- small cell lung cancer are obvious,and complications after the treatment are rare. The surgery effectively alleviates patients＇ pains,which is worthy of promotion and application.
