近视患者LASIK术后干眼发病率的影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析影响LASIK术后干眼症发病率的相关因素。方法分析LASIK术后干眼症发病情况与患者的年龄、性别、屈光度及激素类滴眼液使用时间的相关性。结果研究表明,在相同年龄段内,女性的发病率明显高于男性(P<0.05);同性别组内比较,则>30岁组明显高于≤30岁组(P<0.05);高度近视患者术后发病率高于轻、中度患者(P<0.05);术后使用滴眼液1个月以内的患者发病率低于使用时间超过1个月的患者(P<0.05)。结论 LASIK术后干眼症的发病率与患者的年龄、性别、屈光度及激素类滴眼液使用时间相关,年龄超过30岁、高度近视程度的女性更易并发干眼症,同时术后应尽量避免激素类滴眼液的长时间使用。 Objective To analyze the risk factors relevant to xerophthalmia in myopic patients after LASIK surgery. Methods The correlation between the age, gender, diopter, usage time of hormonal eye drops and xerophthalmia after LASIK surgerywas analyzed. Results In the same age group, the incidence of xerophthalmia in female was significantly higher than that in male(P 〈 0.05).In the same gender group, the incidence in the group with more than 30 years old was significantly higher than that in the group with ≤30 years old(P 〈 0.05). The incidence in patients with high myopia was higher than that in patients with low and middle myopia(P 〈 0.05).The incidence in patients who used eye drops for less than 1 month was lower than that in patients who used eye drops for more than 1 month (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is correlation between the age, gender, diopter, usage time of hormonal eye drops in myopic patients and incidence of xerophthalmia after LASIK surgery. Female patients over 30 years old with high myopia have increased susceptibility to xerophthalmia. Usage of hormonal eye drops for long time should be avoided after LASIK surgery.
