记忆合金内固定治疗煤矿事故中发生的多发性肋骨骨折的临床研究

The effect of memory alloy fixation in treatment of multiple rib fractures that occurred coal mine accidents

目的探讨记忆合金内固定治疗煤矿事故中发生的多发性肋骨骨折的疗效。方法选取2008年1月～2013年1月期间来我院进行救治的在工作时间内受伤的煤矿工人，均经抢救脱离生命危险及不伴有系统损伤转入骨科的多根多处肋骨骨折患者80例进行研究治疗。根据治疗方法不同随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组按照一般常规手术疗法来治疗多根多处肋骨骨折患者，而观察组应用记忆合金内固定方法来治疗。比较两组治疗后的疗效及治愈时间、并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率达97．5％，明显高于对照组的75．0％（Х^2=8．129，P〈0．05）。观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显快于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者并发症发生率达5．0％，明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论记忆合金内固定治疗煤矿事故中发生的多发性肋骨骨折疗效确切，并发症少，值得推广和应用。

Objctive To investigate the effect of memory alloy fixation in treatment of muhiple rib fractures that occurred coal mine accidents. Methods From January 2008 to January 2013 in our hospital,80 patients according to the different treatments were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group were given general routine surgical therapy,observation group were given memory alloy internal fixation treatment.The efficacy and healing time and complications were compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%,was significantly higherthan the control group（75.0%）（Х^2=8.129,P 〈 0.05）.The healing time of observation group was significantly faster than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The complication rate of observation group was 5.0%,was significantly less than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion memory alloy fixation in treatment of multiple rib fractures that occurred coal mine accidents has a good effect,fewer complications,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
