摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(Percutaneous Vertebroplast,PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者的护理体会。方法采用经皮椎体成形术治疗老年OVCF患者48例,术前、术后予以精心细致的护理及正确的功能锻炼指导。结果所有患者经过护理人员精心细致的护理及功能锻炼指导,取得满意疗效。结论 PVP手术是治疗OVCF的有效方法;术前护理是手术顺利进行的保障,术后护理是手术成功的关键。
Objective To study the nursing experience of percutaneous vertebroplast（PVP） of treatment in elderly patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture（OVCF）. Methods The 48 elderly patients with OVCF were treated by PVP,and were given preoperative and postoperative careful nursing and functional exercise guidance. Results The curative effect of all patients was satisfactory after careful nursing and functional exercise guidance. Conclusion PVP surgery is an effective method in treatment of OVCF. Preoperative nursing is the guarantee of operation smoothly, postoperative nursing is the key to the success of operation.
