4例外伤性小肠破裂CT漏诊原因分析

Analysis of Four Cases of Traumatic Rupture of Small Intestine CT Cause of Missed Diagnosis

目的熟悉小肠破裂CT征象以提高综合分析能力。方法回顾性分析经手术证实4例外伤性小肠破裂患者的CT图像。结果原因分析4例患者均出现大网膜、系膜改变,以及腹盆腔积液。腹腔微量积气2例。肠壁增厚2例。结论充分认识外伤性小肠破裂的CT征象有助于提高诊断的准确率并减少漏诊,为临床及时救治提供重要的影像学依据。

Objective To familiar with rupture of small intestine CT features to improve the ability of comprehensive analysis. Methods A retrospective analysis of four cases were proved by operation of traumatic rupture of small intestine CT image of the pa- tient. Results Four patients showed greater omentum, mesentery, and abdominal pelvic effusion. Peritoneal trace gas in two cases. The 2 eases of bowel wall thickening. Conclusion The full understanding of CT signs of traumatic rupture of small intestine helps to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis, provide important imaging evidence for clinical treatment in time.
