对足月妊娠相关问题的思考 被引量：1

摘要 足月妊娠（term pregnancy）被定义为从末次月经第1天起计算的第259日至满293d（妊娠37＋0～41＋6周）的妊娠。回顾预产期的界定，可追溯到1903年出版的《威廉姆斯产科学》第1版。1948年，世界卫生大会上曾提出，早产是出生体重低于2500g，或孕周不足38周，或两者兼具。
