Current situation of emergency equipment for acute chemical poisoning in county-level CDC in Guangxi

目的了解广西县级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)突发化学中毒应急装备,为建设、完善县级应急系统提供科学依据。方法通过问卷调查方式,对广西75个县级CDC的个体防护、现场样本采集与保存、现场快速鉴定与检测、辅助装备等4大类50种装备的配置现状进行调查、整理和统计分析。结果广西县级CDC应急处置装备不足。个体防护用品16种装备中有4种装备配置为零,占25.0%。现场快速鉴定、检测9种装备有4种装备配置为零,占44.4%。辅助装备配置缺乏。结论广西县级CDC现有的应急装备状况无法实施有效应急救援与现场处置,应尽快从根本上解决突发化学中毒应急装备现状的落后局面。

[ Objective] To understand the situation of emergency equipment for acute chemical poisoning in Guangxi＇s county-level Cen- ter for Disease Control and Prevention （ CDC）, and provide a scientific basis for developing and improving the emergency response system at the county level. [ Methods ] The configure situation of 50 kinds of equipments of 4 major categories （ e. g. individual protection, spot samples collection and preservation, on-site rapid identification and detection, auxiliary equipment ） were investigated in 75 Guan- gxi county-level CDCs through questionnaire survey. The investigation data were collected and analyzed statistically. [ Results] Emergency equipment in Guangxi county-level CDC was inadequate. Among the 16 kinds of individual protective equip- ments, there were 4 kinds which didnt have any configuration, accounting for 25.0%. Among the 9 kinds of on-site rapid identifi- cation and detection equipments, there were 4 kinds which didnt have any configuration, accounting for 44.4%. Auxiliary equip- ment configuration was also inadequate. [ Conclusion] The shortage condition of emergency equipment in Guangxi county-level CDC hinders the effective emergency rescue and treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to fundamentally solve the shortage situation of e- mergency equipments for acute chemical poisoning as soon as possible.
