摘要 A-TIG焊是一种采用活性剂来增加焊缝熔深的高效TIG焊接技术。与常规TIG焊相比,A-TIG焊具有焊接效率高、焊缝质量好及成本低等优点。本文先对各氧化物单一组元活性剂对焊缝熔深的影响进行研究,然后采用正交试验设计的方法,以获得符合熔深要求的配方,最后进一步优化活性剂配方,以满足焊缝其他性能要求,如表面成形、显微组织、铁素体含量及硬度。试验结果表明,进行A-TIG焊试验可以一次性焊透8 mm厚的304不锈钢板,同时获得外观良好的焊缝,并能满足其他性能要求。 A-TIG welding was a new variant of highly-efficient TIG welding using active flux to improve weld penetration. In contrast with traditional TIG welding, A-TIG welding possesses higher welding efficiency, better weld quality, lower cost and so forth. The influence of single active flux to weld penetration was investigated in the paper.The orthogonal test method was adopted to obtain the formulation that could achieve the required penetration. Finally optimization of this formulation was carried out to meet the other performance requirements, such as formation,microstructure, content of ferrite and micro-hardness of weld beam. The experimental results showed that full penetration and good appearance of weldment were achieved with A-TIG welding technique in a single pass,satisfying the property requirements.
