摘要
利福平又称利福霉素SV或甲哌利福霉素,是半合成的抗结核病抗生素,具有广谱抗菌作用,临床上多与其他抗结核药物合并使用,疗效显著,对结核分枝杆菌、革兰氏阳性菌和部分革兰氏阴性菌都有抑菌或杀菌作用,主要用于耐药结核植菌和耐药金葡菌的感染,亦用于抗麻风病治疗。粗品利福平母液中含较高含量的利福平,本文以溶酶萃取法回收母液中的利福平,选取合理、有效的溶剂确定最佳的回收工艺路线,以提高产品的收率,并解决环保问题。
Rifampicin is also called the rifamycin SV or piperazine rifamycin, is a semisynthetic antituberculous antibiotic, and has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. It is clinically used with other anti-tuberculosis drugs, curative effect is distinct, and it has bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect on mycobacterium tuberculosis, gram-positive bacteria and some gram-negative bacteria, so it is mainly used for drug-resistant TB bacteria and drug resistance of S. aureus bacteria infection, also used for leprosy treatment. The mother liquor of crude rifampicin contains high content of rifampicin.In this paper, rifarnpicin in mother liquor was recycled by the soluble enzyme extraction method; in order to improve the product yield and solve the environmental problems, reasonable and effective solvent was screened out, the best recovery process route was determined.
