聚合物压裂液在辽河油田低渗储层的应用

Application of Polymer Fracturing Fluid in Low Permeability Reservoir of Liaohe Oilfield

报道了一种聚合物增稠剂zcy-01和交联剂JL-01为基础配制的压裂液。增稠剂zcy-01是一种低分子量聚合物,溶解速度快,在水中完全时间小于20 min;增粘效果好,0.5%浓度的聚合物基液粘度可达63 MPa·s。在酸性条件(pH=5~6)下与酸性交联剂以100∶0.5比例混合形成可挑挂冻胶,该冻胶呈透明状,携砂稳定。该压裂液耐温性好,破胶效果好,残渣含量小于100 mg/L,防膨率达到80.36%,适合于压裂施工。在强1块两口井的压裂施工中,增产效果明显。

A polymer fracturing fluid prepared with thickening agent zcy-01 and crosslinking agent JL-01 was introduced. The thickening agent is a kind of low molecular weight polymer, which can fast dissolve in water. The tackifying effect of the thickening agent is good and the viscosity can reach to 63 mPa.s in 0.5% concentration of polymer solution. When the solution mixes with acidic cross-linking agent in the ratio of 100 ： 0.5 under acidic condition （pH=5-6）, the transparent gel can be formed, it can stably carry sand. The fracturing fluid is good tempera^re resistance and gel breaking effect, the residue content is less than 100 mg/L, anti swelling rate can reach to 80.36%, it＇s suitable for fracturing. After the fracturing of two wells in Qiang 1 block, the effect of increasing production is obvious.
