摘要
以某高比转速离心风机为例,采用有限元法对传统设计方案的叶轮强度进行了校核,结果表明该方案不能满足强度要求。在此基础上对叶轮叶/盘厚度不同配置方案的应力分布和变形进行了计算和分析,结果表明,叶轮叶/盘厚度之间存在最佳匹配方案,使得叶轮整体应力水平最低。本文的研究为改进设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
Take the high specific speed centrifugal fan for example, the traditional design of impeller intensity was checked by using finite element method, and the results show that the program cannot meet the intensity requirements. On the basis of result, the stress distribution and deformation on the thickness of the different cases were calculated and analyzed, the results show that the optimal match making the overall stress level of the lowest exist. The result may be carried out on the impeller so as to provide reliable theoretical basis for improving the design.
