摘要
介绍了北仑电厂3号机组汽轮机通流改造及锅炉低NOx燃烧器改造后送风机的运行情况,分析了送风机失速的原因,对660MW夏季极端工况下所需风量及风压进行了预估,确定了送风机扩容改造所需的基础参数,并给出了改造方案。
In this paper, the operating status of forced draught fan was introduced after the retrofit for turbine flow and low NOX burners for boiler in the 3# unit of Beilun Power Plant. The reason of forced draught fan stalling was analyzed, and the capacity and pressure necessary for 600MW under the most adverse operation condition was evaluated. The basic parameters required for capacity increasing retrofit of forced draught fan was determined. And the retrofit plan was also put forward.
