车铣切削用量优化方法研究

摘要 针对车铣复合加工的切削用量优化的问题,阐述了车铣复合加工技术的特点和应用情况,详细地描述了国内的研究现状,以及车铣复合加工切削用量优化的研究思路、方法和结论。采用以最大生产效率和最大利润率为双目标,根据已建立的车铣复合加工切削用量的数学模型和约束条件,详细分析了现代各个优化算法的特点,并结合车铣切削用量优化计算的特征,选用了遗传算法。 Aiming at the optimization of cut-ting regime for turn-milling, this paper expounds the char-acteristics and application situation of the cutting regime technology for turn-milling, and detailed descriptions of the current status of researching, along with the research thinking, methods and conclusions. Using the most pro-duction efifciency and maximum proift margin for double target, according to the optimization of cutting regime for turn-milling mathematical model and the constraint condi-tions, analyzes the characteristics of modern optimization algorithms, combining with the amount of turn-milling optimization features, selects genetic algorithms .
