知识是国家和企业发展并赢得竞争的战略资源,必须进行严格科学管理。应用先进信息技术构建的知识管理平台,是实施和推进知识管理的重要支撑之一。研究构建不同类型的知识管理系统或平台,可以充分利用现有信息资源,满足不同需求,既能减少投资,又能尽快见效。
Nowadays advanced technique and knowledge are very important for an organization to win the competition, and should be management carefully. Computer-based knowledge management system is one of the support measurements in knowledge management. Dif-ferent kinds of Computer-based knowledge management should be developed and constructed to satisfy different requirement in an organization.
