摘要
初步探讨了KMMES系统在导弹整修质量管理过程中的应用。系统通过对人、机、料、法、环、测6要素的有效管理,完成了对各种资源的优化配置和导弹整修全过程的质量控制,实现了导弹整修的科学化、信息化、标准化管理,有力推动了导弹整修工作的高效开展。
Application of KMMES in the pro-cess of missile maintenance quality management is dis-cussed in this paper. Via efifcient management on six key elements (human, machine, material, method, environment, test), optimized configuration on various resources and quality control on the whole process, the system realizes integrated management of science, information, standard-ization, which strongly push forward the carrying out of the task for missile maintenance.
