摘要
本文在一般均衡框架下通过构建两期叠代模型来对新型农村社会养老保险制度实施后的收入再分配效应进行研究。文章从养老金替代率、收入再分配净值率、终生消费-收入水平比以及消费差距四个方面对新型农村社会养老保险制度实施后收入再分配效应作了定量化模拟。模拟的结果表明,新型农村社会养老保险制度实施后收入再分配效应明显,养老金替代率、收入再分配净值率、终生消费-收入水平比以及消费差距均有所增加。
The paper builds up a two-period overlapping generation model on the framework of the general equibrium theory to analyze the redistribution effect of income of New Agricultural Social Insurance System. The quantitative simulation of the redistribution effect of income of New Agricultural Social Insurance System is carried out from the four aspects including pension replacement rate, redistribution net rate, consumption-income rate of throughout life and consumption gap. The simulated results indicate that the redistribution effect of income of New Agricultural Social Insurance System is obvious, pension replacement rate, redistribution net rate, consumption-income rate of throughout life and consumption gap all increased greatly.
