老年化与中国养老机构发展问题研究

Aging and China nursing institution development problem research

随着我国老年化进程的加快,传统家庭养老模式正受到越来越多的挑战,而机构养老模式日渐受到人们青睐。本文:首先,介绍和分析了我国老年化的现状及其影响;其次,接着分析了我国养老机构发展的机遇,指出了我国养老机构发展中的问题;最后,在借鉴发达国家养老机构成熟发展经验的基础上,提出了推动我国养老机构发展的相应对策,希望有助于促进我国养老机构的健康持续发展。

With the speeding up of the aging process in our country; the traditional family pension mode is being more and more challenges ,but the institution pension mode is increasingly favored by people. First- ly ,this article introduces the present status of aging and analysis its influence;then analysis our pension institution development opportunities; point out the problems in our institution pension development. At last, based on referencing the developed countries relevant successful experiences, put forward the cor- responding counter measures, hoping that can help the pension institution get healthy and rapidly develop- ment.
