摘要
实验结果表明:活性炭最大可使苯甲醛得率由50.2%提高到59.5%。活性炭优化肉桂醛碱性水解的最佳条件:原料为分析纯的活性炭粉末,温度80度,填料时间为开始阶段,肉桂醛与活性炭的最佳质量比为60︰1。考察了活性炭对水解反应级数和活化能的影响:反应级数n均略有增加,且活性炭对反应体系的影响随着温度的升高而降低,活性炭使反应活化能从52.7降低到49.3 kJ·mol-1。最后考察了活性炭对肉桂醛和苯甲醛混合溶液的共吸附情况:二者的吸附常数分别为1.2842h-1和1.4262h-1。
The experimental result showed that:Activated carbon can increase benzaldehyde maximum rate from 50.2% to 59.5%.The optimal conditions of activated carbon on cinnamaldehyde alkaline hydrolysis were:analytical grade active carbon powder,temperature 80℃,filling at the begnning stage at ratio of activated carbon to cinnamaldehyde 60 1.The effects of activated carbon to the hydrolysis reaction order and activation energy were studied and it showed that the reaction order n were slightly increased,and the effect of activated carbon for the reaction system decreased as the temperature raised,the activation energy of the reaction of activated carbon was down from 52.7 to 49.3 kJ mol-1.Finally,we investigated adsorption of activated carbon on the mixed solution of cinnamic aldehyde and benzaldehyde.We found that adsorption constants were 1.2842h-1 and 1.4262h-1 respectively.
