摘要 为了优化微波提取火棘红色素的工艺条件,以野生火棘果为原料,用酸性乙醇作提取剂,探讨了料液比、微波功率、提取时间、提取次数等单因素对微波法提取火棘红色素的影响,运用正交实验L9(34)获得了火棘红色素提取的最佳工艺条件,并与常规溶剂法进行了比较。结果表明,微波法提取火棘红色素的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶10,微波功率500W,提取时间40s,提取3次;火棘红色素的提取率为94.8%,产率为24.6%,色价为8.38。与常规溶剂法相比,微波法具有提取时间短、提取率高、提取次数少等优点,总体效果明显优于常规溶剂法。 To optimize the process conditions of microwave extraction of red pigment in wild Pyracantha fortuneana fruit,the single factor experiments of the sohd-liquid ratio,microwave watt,extraction time and extraction times were studied.The fwere made with acidity ethanol,and the optimal technics conditions of the extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment L9 (34).The effects of the microwave extraction were compared with those of conventional solvent extraction.The results showed that the optimal conditions of microwave extraction are as follows:the ratio of sample to solvent was 1 ∶ 10,microwave watt 500W,extraction time 40 second,and extraction 2 times.The extraction ratio was 94.8%,the yield was 24.6% and the color value was 8.38.Compared with the conventional solvent method,the microwave method had advantages of less extraction time,higher extraction ratio and less extraction times.The general effect of microwave method was much better than that of conventional solvent method.
