天然维生素E提纯技术进展

Research progress of purification technology of natural vitamin E

天然维生素E具有增加受孕率,防止流产,并能提高繁殖力和清除体内自由基等功能,广泛用于食品和药品.富含天然维生素E的植物油脱臭馏出物是目前天然VE产品唯一的原料来源.植物油脱臭馏出物中天然VE含量虽高达3～15％,但是该纯度还远不能达到食用和药用水平.需要进行进一步浓缩提纯,使生育酚总含量等质量指标达到相应的法定标准方可使用.植物油脱臭馏出物中杂质成分复杂,各生产企业和研究单位使用的提纯方法和提纯原理不同,达到的提纯效果也不尽相同.本文介绍了当前天然VE领域中几种分离、提纯方法,分析了不同方法的应用范围和特点.

Natural vitamin E can increase the rate of pregnancy,prevent miscarriage,and can improve reproductive capacity and clean up free radicals in the body.It is widely used in food and medicine.Vegetable oil deodorizer distillate that contains natural vitamin E is the only source of raw materials of commercial natural VE.The content of VE in the vegetable oil deodorized distillate is up to about 3 ～ 15％,but the purity is far below the level of the requirement for edible and medicinal level,therefore,it needs more research on concentration and purification.With different impurity in the plant oil deodorized distillate,different manufactures have different purification methods and the results are also different.This paper introduces methods of separation,purification of natural VE,analyzes the application scope and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.
