摘要
基于目前交通分配中“系统”与“用户”之间的矛盾及其冲突机理 ,提出了平衡协调思想 ,并在综合考虑出行影响因素的基础上 ,建立了平衡分配模型 ,从理论上实现了路网流量分配的合理化 .
Based on the contradiction and conflict between the “System” and “User” in trip assignment, thought of equilibrium and coordination is put forward. Equilibrium Assignment Models are established under the comprehensive consideration of trip factors. Theoretically, traffic volumes in road network are assigned rationally.
