厄贝沙坦片致高血压反应1例

One Case of Hypertension Induced by Irbesartan Tablets

1例70岁女性患者因腔隙性脑梗死、高血压入院治疗，服用厄贝沙坦后出现高血压反应，停药并改用其他降压药后血压下降。通过分析该例药品不良反应与用药的相关性，提醒临床使用该药时应注意相关不良反应。

One 70-year-old woman with lacunar cerebral infarction and hypertension was admitted to the hospital for treatment. The patient got hypertensive reactions after taking irbesartan tablets and her blood pressure fell when using other antihypertensive drugs instead . Through the analysis of the correlation of the patient ’ s adverse drug reaction with medication , it is to remind that attention should be paid to the related adverse reactions during clinical use of the drug .
