注射用头孢哌酮钠-舒巴坦钠致严重迟发型过敏反应1例

One Case of Serious Delayed Hypersensitivity Reaction Induced by Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection

1例72岁男性患者因右下肺感染入院,静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠-舒巴坦钠后出现严重迟发型过敏反应。通过对头孢哌酮钠-舒巴坦钠致不良反应的原因进行探讨,为临床合理用药提供参考。

A 72-year-old male patient with pulmonary infection was admitted to hospital. Serious delayed hypersensi-tivity reaction occurred after he received intravenous administration of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injec-tion. This article discussed the reason of the adverse drug reactions and reminded clinicians to pay more attention to the drug adverse reactions in the use of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection,so as to provide a reference for clin-ical medication and rational drug use.
