摘要
通过对半导体器件模拟中网格划分原理的分析 ,提出了一种基于四叉树结构的有限元三角网格生成方法 ,进行了面向对象的编程实现 .结果表明 。
Through the analysis of the theory of mesh generation for semiconductor device simulation, this paper presents a strategy of triangle mesh generation based on quadtree structure. And the program has been completed by using the object oriented technology. This method is proved to be effective.
